    im guessing that you’re asking what that means?? it means that its open to everyone and that you don’t have to have a dealer’s license to purchase the vehicles

    The auctions I’ve attended lately that were open to the public were a joke. The cars were overpriced (they tell you where the bidding starts) there are hundreds of $$$ in “fees” etc., and most of the cars were plain-Jane models that no one really wanted.

    Those ads that claim you can buy good cars for 500. are B.S.
